Outdoor workouts are a great way to stay on top of your fitness goals while soaking up some vitamin D. With the warmer days now upon us, we’ve asked Kemo Mariott to share with us a few of his favourite moves. Kemo runs Holistic Motions, a personal training studio in Mayfair, where he focuses on whole body workouts and promotes a healthy lifestyle.
Try out these outdoor friendly exercises, 30 seconds of each, 4 times through.
Elevated Squat Thrust
Rotational Step Up
Sprawl to Jump
A tough exercise that combines so much movement. This will incinerate fat. Be careful jumping on and off the bench. If it becomes difficult, step up onto the bench instead of jumping onto it.
